Our Physical Education program is designed to nurture the whole child—building confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement for students ages 2 through 8th grade. Through developmentally appropriate activities, younger students explore fundamental motor skills, spatial awareness, and playful movement in a safe and joyful environment. As they progress, students engage in increasingly complex challenges that foster balance, agility, teamwork, and healthy decision-making. Our curriculum blends creativity with structure, ensuring that every child experiences success while developing a strong foundation in physical literacy.

In the upper elementary and middle school years, students build on these early skills through a wide range of individual and team-based activities that emphasize strategy, communication, leadership, and fitness. We prioritize inclusivity, sportsmanship, and respect, encouraging students to take risks, collaborate, and practice perseverance. Whether through cooperative games, fitness circuits, or sport-specific skills, our program empowers students to understand the value of health and wellness, set personal goals, and cultivate habits that support a healthy lifestyle both now and in the future.
